The Hollywood in Joliet Illinois advertises good Vp payables, but I play at Harrah Joliet when there.

Yeah, according to VPFree2, Hollywood Joliet has 99.94% Super Aces Spin Poker Deluxe for quarters. I have yet to personally verify that though.
Joliet has 1000(RF)/55(SF)/9/6 DDB for dollars (99.57%).
Personally I feel like a non-smoking casino is much, much different than a non-smoking "section".

Very true as in most casinos the poisonous fumes simply drift from one area to another. This is actually an ADA violation as casinos (including on Indian Reservations under Title III of ADA are bound to follow the law) are required to accommodate those whose disabilities preclude inhaling tobacco fumes. A few places have made separate entrances, separate closed door rooms, and similar which is more in keeping with what ADA requires as well as the preferences of the non smoking majority. Sycuan has such a room,Viejas does as well but the passage from non smoking to smoking has no doors, not good but far, far, away near the exit is good and there is some 99%+ VP there, mainly of the muli hand variety.

Hate to be the one to break it to you, but you are inhaling almost as much second hand smoke in any building that shares an HVAC system between smoking and non-smoking areas. Unless the two areas are totally separate, totally closed off, and have completely separate HVAC systems, you are still getting the full "benefit" of a smoker's dangerous addiction. Sorry! The only safe route is to a totally non-smoking casino, and there are very few of these. Palace on the Mississippi Coast is one of them. Don't fall for the "non-smoking area" gimmick --- it smells better and feels better but, take it from me, it still bangs up your respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

Wow. Someone else clinging to the propaganda that a miniscule amount of residual fumes is the "full benefit" of actually doing the smoking.Do you guys not have a hair of logical reasoning on your heads?

The air in casinos has been compared to the times when volcanic ash plagued the air or when there is an extra heavy smog alert, only worse. There is no safe amount of exposure to tobacco fumes. the only solution is to prohibit smoking in all casinos just as is done in almost every other business. While fewer die from exposure to 2nd hand smoke in the U s (50,000) per year as compared to smoking (500,000) any substance that is so harmful that it even kills those in the vicinity must be banned.

There's no safe amount of car exhaust either. Ban those too.
