I am very disappointed in the daily contest. Only one choice per day does not only make no sense - it's extremely boring.

Was it: "Boring is like a box of chocolates?"

Webman, you have gone to far, the daily contest for 10/23 is Gameking, the most fun of this game is being able to choose between all the neat games we normally don't get to play, like Aces and Faces, Blackjack Poker, DB Deuces are Wild. If you can't offer this in it's regular form, then you shouldn't offer it to play on the contest. . I was so bummed I cashed out and will find something else to do to occupy my time today. You don't have to suck the joy outta everything ya know.       Kati

Today's contest goes beyond BORING.  Played it once, and the best hand I got was one dealt flush.  :(

I play these contests to play the "fun" games I can't afford to play in the casinos.  Triple Play, Quick Quads, Dream Card, Ultimate X, etc.  Games that require more than 5 coins per hand.  And with a choice of games on single-hand play, at least I could play things like Super Aces, Super Double Double, Triple Double, Royal Aces, Black Jack Bonus, etc.  Just plain DDB is not acceptable.

I have 18 free Winners Challenge games this month that will go to waste because I cannot sit through this boring game today.  Phooey.

I'm disgusted with this new system.  :(

I'm just the opposite.  I like to play the games I would normally play at the casino and try to see if I would come out ahead.  Of course, the casinos in my vicinity have nowhere near the paytables on this site.

Don't feel so bad suecasey, I'm throwing away 33 free games just because I don' like playing Gameking.

I don't like the fact that our freedom of choice was taken away from us either.  I quit playing the daily contest about 3 weeks ago.  You may want to do what I do.  I am using the time I used to play the daily contests to brush up on my favorite games I play at the casino.

I have been going back and forth between DDB, DW, JOB, and BP as I would do when playing at the casino.  I am also spending the majority of my time playing either triple play poker or five play poker just as I would if I was at the casino.  I break my play into 8 100 hand sessions per day and use the training program to evaluate my play with the goal of eliminating any mistakes I may be making.  This works better for me.

In a sense I am still doing the daily contests, but instead of competing against everybody else, I am now only competing against myself.  The big hits are just luck anyway.  If you can get to the point where you can achieve statistically perfect play, I guarantee you that your winning sessions will go up at the casino as well.

Best of luck to you katipug and try not to let this dead horse issue get you down.

Thanks Chatty, It's just that this was always a really fun game to play on contest with all the different choices. Of course I would never play them in a casino, but there were some neat choices. As I said before, this is the Henry Ford logic of any color you want , as long as it's black. Or like Ben and Jerry's only offering vanilla. Oh well, thanks for your kind words though,   kati
