video craps?

Post by JDanno »

I wonder if there are any video based craps games? A couple of weeks ago we spent a week in Vegas and Tahoe but I concentrated on v.p. and avoided everything else. Spent a lot of time wandering around checking out the pay tables!  My son-in-law got hooked on craps and has been asking me if they have any video type craps games. I saw a few video BJ but wasn't looking for any craps. Anybody know this?  TIA!
P.S. I sure a lot of "crappy" video poker on the strip! LOL.

A long time ago, I found a couple.  I think they are by MASQUE.  Found it at Walmart.  It has craps on it along with a poor imitation of BJ and VP along with all the circus table games.

I've seen video versions of both craps and roulette. Those I've seen (never played) seemed to be multi-player affairs where everyone had their own coin/bill slot and a trackball arrangement for placing bets on the layout. I'd guess that lets casinos run table games without going through the trouble of training (and paying) dealers.

WinCraps is a nice PC-based craps application. Like WinPoker, etc., the evaluation version is a free download but the "full feature" version costs.
