For those of you who liked Motor City because of their good payouts (9/6 full house/flush) on most of their machines save your time and money. As of April 1 most machines are now 6/5 full house/flush.

I have never played there and probably will never will, but that if true is a huge change for the worse. Usually, the casino will go with an 8/5 and sprinkle in a few 7/5 or 6/5 machines hoping to catch people off guard or catch all those who never look at paytables anyway.

Yeah, most casinos don't make most of their machines 6/5 JoB. It's pretty nuts if they did. A 4.54% downgrade is definitely noteworthy. It would be one of the worst I have ever seen. I think Tunica Roadhouse downgraded TDB from 9/7 to 8/5 in 2013. But I think it's back up to 9/5 now.

Thanks for the info kenelew and welcome to forum! I read your post just when I was thinking of giving Motor City another chance. I quit playing there several years ago. We went there to catch their buffet and learned they had deleted my comps because I had not been there for six mos. This is a tip for the rest of you to learn how long your comps last at the casinos that interest you. Consistently, my wins are more often at Greektown. Since the TIGERS were playing a home game today near Greektown, we lost at MGM instead. Alas, the Tigers also lost.
