Game won't load

Still having problems with triple play and five play since the new format was initiated. Now the game won't load. I've sent a description of the problem as directed regarding the problem. What is the time frame to get these games up and running like they use two? It sure seems to be taking a long time. Being a pay to play site I would hope for a faster fix.
