Why do you play video poker? What is your favorite game and why?

Dreamcard is an evil game. I just dont play any carnival game. I play fast enough where I can get in enough hands per hour on single line than most people on 3/5 play. I do see people hit on it. The game is just not for me.

DaBurglar my first post in this forum was to show that there are some people who play multiple hand Dreamcard that have success.    Moving on from there I really don't care if you believe me or not and I have posted many pictures in the forum of past video poker successes but yet I don't recall EVER seeing a picture of a joyous hit that you had and have posted? Odd. Also I don't recall seeing your name at the top of a daily leaderboard for any game on this site? have you ever been at the top at the end of the day here on this site? Odd.

Odd. Also I don't recall seeing your name at the top of a daily leaderboard for any game on this site? have you ever been at the top at the end of the day here on this site? Odd.I said I "CHOOSE to believe you" even though it is all extremely suspect......mainly I have a very hard time believing that YOU, of all people, would simply forget what the paytable was on a game where you are risking 100 credits per deal.....if that is the case then you have absolutely NO business ever criticizing anyone (even me) about anything to do with video poker again.   Who plays a game like this and doesnt pay attention to the paytable?   poor play would follow such a person like tedlark following daburglar's posts around Videopoker.com You wanted to show that there are people who play dreamcard and have success.....  huh?     Big whup      what the hell does that prove or say?      Guess what?    There are people in any given casino who play the absolute WORSE game(s) in the house, like keno and certain slots, who wind up having some....."Success"...... There must be a sale on $10.00 words today?
Seriously?   you are actually complaining about a person's vocabulary?    Another semantic variation for your usage of the term "10 dollar words" is ....intelligence.   Thanks for inadvertently attesting to and  telling the forum I am wicked smart......<da burglar imitates the south boston accent that girls from Fall River, Massachusetts utilize>  "You go to Hahhvahd?  You must be wicked smahhht!"I have not bothered to pay for one of the sites gold account status, ergo I am not allowed to post pictures.    I'm sorry but I just dont want to.......besides, as I said before, unless someone wants to include a whole lot of other verification data in the pictures they post,  we the readers of such posts with pics have NO way of ever really knowing that the person did in fact hit the hand they display.    We just dont......ANYONE can snap a pic of a big hand that someone else hits or someone else leaves on the screen.     I actually had a young lady snap a phone pic of a Royal I hit at Resorts back in 2012 ......I did not care or mind, I was too busy recovering from shock that I actually hit a royal amidst absurd dud rates that prove AC video poker is rigged.THAT BEING SAID:   Let it be known that I DABURGLAR   CHOOSE to believe that every picture I see on this forum in these posts, even tedlarks pictures,  are bonafide.    Got that?    I am merely pointing out that in this forum community, you must accept people at their word UNLESS you have hard evidence otherwise.     But at the same time, you must also take everything with a grain of salt......

The game is just not for me. Sure I have seen people hit it too......as I posted a while back, on the single line version of dreamcard on the 5 star machines that used to be in Caesars AC, I had MANY hits and good sessions......but I also got clobbered too, and likewise said as much in my original post here.     The game is extremely volatile, and it is not a good game to play long term because you will get slaughtered longterm.    Tedlark had one brief good session......I guarantee if he plays 10 more sessions of at least equal length, he will lose his tail in at least 7 of those sessions, probably more.    I am talking about 10 line dreamcard like he played this time.....but he still cannot even tell us what he actually did play so......I assume its DDB, at least that much we can surmise from his hand pay on the quad 4s, I guess.....??

DaBurglar as I have stated before, I play for the enjoyment and entertainment that video poker provides me. I do not scout machines out for the best paytables and I am not critical of those who do; it's just not for me.    Playing Dreamcard in the limited locations that I have I can say that I've enjoyed more winning sessions that losing sessions and the smallest winning session I had was one time when my then girlfriend and I went to Four Winds in New Buffalo, MI and we stayed for about 3 hours. I came away from that session up $900.00 playing 10 line TDB Dreamcard at .05 denomination. I've had more than one dealt royal at Four Winds along with dealt AWAK and dealt 2's/3's/4's with kickers.    When I go to Four Winds my sessions usually last about 7 hours. I am chomping at the bit to play this game in Las Vegas and I will be upping my bets when I do.    You really need to get over yourself buddy.   Edited to add: I just reviewed the benefits of having basic, silver, and gold memberships and all three are elgible to access the forums and it says nothing about only gold members being able to post photos in the forum.

Well, I am glad that my posted pics are not in question. I really WAS pinching the girl's butt when I was smiling, but you probably mean the VP pics.

BTW, did you know the Latin word salis means both "salt" and "wit"? So, the Latin (not Francois) phrase "cum grano salis" could be translated as "with a grain of salt" OR " with a small amount of wit".

Hand 440 third RF and 2 of the 3 had no dream card. Wish I was near a casino with dream card!
