Heading to Long Island

     Hi Phil. I left you a note on another one of your posts about the trip earlier this morning. As long as my folks are OK, I plan to be up there too that afternoon. You can leave a note with Lu Lu or any of the other people at the concierge hotel desk. Just say it is from Florida Phil to Olds 442 or Dave who plays vp. They will know who it is for. Lu Lu has my cell number too. We can meet over by the concierge desk or somewhere else if more convenient for you guys. If you wish to take a little break, I can get all of your party into the High Limit Lounge and everything will be on the house of course. If you have to describe me to the concierge folks, he he he, just say I look a little like a taller Danny Devito with about the same amount of hair. Hope to see you guys there and the Mrs. should be with me too. She will be the cute dark haired Irish beauty who looks much younger than me.

     Thanks again gang. Let's hope the Deuces quads are on our side! Some day it would be neat to have a national vp.com convention somewhere hosted by a casino. Contests with prizes, free food and drink, free or discounted rooms, couple of good guest speakers, etc. etc. I think it would be lots of fun. Oh, and we could wear nametags with our screen names too!

Just read your post.  We will coming accross on the 10 AM Ferry, so we should be at the Casino around lunch time.  We will drop by the concierge and try to contact you. We'll leave my cell phone number with the desk.  Once we check in, we'll be heading to the VP machines.  I'll be looking for the best .25 odds I can find.  I'm about 6 feet tall, with not much hair left.  I should be wearing a black wind breaker.  Looking forward to meeting you!

Olds442 Thanks for the great hospitality and the free buffet tickets!  We had a great time at the Mohegan Sun.  It's the biggest casino we've seen outside of Vegas and the art work is spectacular.  The place is almost too big.  Without your help we never would have found those great paying machines.  You have a really nice facility there and we'll be back!   Thanks again.
