Seems like some well known people post on those forums, I started checking out not too long ago. It sounds like a professional gambler who devoted much of his life towards this opportunity to be able to have the mental/physical stamina of playing 10+ hours without break. I cannot be that devoted but I know enough that it is a good way to move up status on CET.
I've come across a post while lurking on the Wizard of Vegas forum where somebody who knew someone who played the 10-play $1 40/10/6 DDB (99.96%) at the Rio in Las Vegas (a CET property) for less than 100 rounds and losing $1600. The person said to have gotten crazy offers. That machine the last I saw had a sticker where it requires $50 coin in per tier credit. I observed two people playing it, and they were probably the best players I've seen on the casino floor.
Though NSUD has low variance compared to 40/10/6 DDB, the offers part seem inconsistent.
