Val and Ginny, are you reading these I hope? Try not to accomodate the Pechanga or Pala Mission Indian tribes as they don't try to accomodate the VP players here in SoCal. Your best bets are Pauma and Valley View casinos. A tad off the beaten path but definitely worth it from a VP standpoint. Want slots? Go anywhere. Want VP? listen to CLWN2 and drive a little further!

Want VP? listen to CLWN2 and drive a little further!   Reading it loud and clear.  I am reminded of a post some months ago by MikeA about the woman fishing in the same fishing hole, never catching anything...when asked why she continues to fish there she explains she's comfortable there.  Wish I had the direct quote. but you get the gist.  My club frequents several SoCal tribal casinos, and my vote counts only if I chose to participate or not.  I am looking forward to a relaxing day with good buddies, some fair food and some time fishin' in that ole fishin' hole. BTW. my husband (the cooler) does not go with us.  He has to be at work getting more bait.  If I remember right he got his first ever dealt RF at Pala.Taking a day off to spend with friends playing at a tribal casino is a win-win for me, and does not ever change the scheduled plans for trips to Las Vegas with my husband (the cooler).

Amen to that! Between the two, I'll take Pala in a heartbeat just because of the better selection of VP there. Again, there are better choices but fishin at the same hole with good company beats not fishin at all! ( and I no longer fish) Best of luck to you. Maybe you'll get the coolers dealt luck!

Not to take anything away from MikaA but it was I who told that little story and the reason she continued to fish there is because it was convienient.
