DB...a Springfield trip is definitely doable for me and only will add 25 minutes or so to my current ride. My fear on a facility such as this as you have already posted about is it will suck in lots of blue collar and poorer folks who are already struggling. Police force and fire depts will have to be expanded as well as additional costs of roads, plowing, other maintenance etc. I have no doubt that crime will definitely go up. Property values could even go down. That is my take anyway. Hope I am wrong. By the way, there is nothing wrong by growing up or being blue collar. That is my neighborhood as well and this country was built by these folks including my family going back the 400 years that we have been here. You can add 3000 years to that if you count the Native Amirican heritage on my mom's side.
