Nearest Scores Display Equality Problem

I have noticed this a couple times now.  When my score is exactly tied with someone else's score (which I can see in the Top 10 scores), the other player's score is not shown in the Nearest Scores display.
 
Evidently equality is not handled by the code for that lower display.
 
Of course, this is not too much of a problem since generally another play or two is all it takes to eliminate this equality.

Lack of equality is not something to be taken lightly.  It shall be corrected.
