Horseshoe Tunica
I just received a Total Rewards offer to visit Horseshoe Tunica Casino. Can anyone tell me if they have been and what your opinion of the area/casino are. My offer is for $199 flying direct from Rockford, IL to Tunica, MS. Includes air transportation, ground transportation and deluxe hotel for two at Horseshoe Tunica. Thoughts, opinions, suggestions???

Wife and I just got back from Tunica...we stayed at Horseshoe, we loved it!
The paytables aren't any better than Vegas. But horseshoe is in a little Cul De Sac with GoldStrike and Roadhouse.

I live in this area but I haven't been to Tunica since Harrahs closed down. There was a time when I played a lot at Roadhouse but they put in new vp machines so I quit going there also. From the few times I went to Horseshoe I remember the paytables being bad for he game I liked to play. The Fitz isn't too bad, small but decent paytables for $2 DDB, probably the best in Tunica now as far as paytables go for that game. The thing about Tunica is there's nothing there except casinos, there is a small shopping center but it's not within walking distance.
