Seneca Niagra is an AWESOME casino. Great food, gaming, and comps. Was not thrilled with Seneca Allegheny.

'piggnheat', you have got to explain that name. welcome to forum.  i may be one of the few that is very familar with seneca niagra. as i am originally from WNY, we go back to visit, weddings, etc. up until last year it was one of my favorite places to play. the last few times, not so good. and, the music near the stage when playing VP is just too loud for an old man like me.   but, the people are great and gotta love the food.

I am another of those "very few". My wife and I have been playing there fairly regularly for almost eight years, starting with an impromptu visit on the way to the Buffalo airport to see what they had.

Our main play there is 5 line 50c 8/5 bonus poker. There are only four machines, but only rarely can we not get on.

Seneca Niagara is one of the last bastions of full pay pick 'em. They have it in $1 and $5 denominations.

I am no spring chicken myself, but I do not find the noise from the stage to be particularly annoying.   Are you referring to when the stage was in the middle of the casino, as compared to its new corner location?

i am talking about the new location in the corner and i am not talking about daytime. if you go at night, it gets real loud, makes my teeth rattle. could be i am just old and cranky, wife says that all the time.  do not get me wrong though, other than recent bad luck, the casino and hosts have always treated me well. no complaints about service. they have the games i like to play, including some slot machines, when i need a break from VP.  as far as full pay machines, little too expensive for my blood.

had to make an unexpected trip to Buffalo. made time for two 8 hour sessions at seneca niagara, got lucky and hit a RF and 4 awk, on quarter DDB. won a little more than $400. without those premium hands it would have been expensive.  the casino still has the games i like to play, but the noise level, especially near the stage is too loud for me. next trip is this coming weekend in AC, have not been there since summer 2014. not optimistic, but hopeful things have improved. we will see.

thanks ted. while i am never optimistic (you have a better attitude than me) about winning at a casino, i always look forward to going. it is my escape from reality and a big part of my entertainment. when i win, it is a pleasant surprise. i am looking forward to seeing if things have changed in AC. i have done my fair share of complaining about AC, but i really do wish i had experiences, like i used to. it ought to be the 'mecca' of gambling east of the MISS. it has a number of casinos owned by different companies, it is a destination city so it should know how to provide hospitatlity and it has the boardwalk. it has no reason not to provide a competitive, friendly experience.
