Larry, Borgata has Bonus DW progressives at .25 and other multi game machines that have a bonus DW game at .25, .50 and 1.00 denom. Believe they are 98.9 % payback. I think they are the best DW in AC. Maybe someone can correct me if not. I think you like to play DW if I remember. You will like the Borgata the best out of all the AC casinos. Not even close.

they have something i have never seen at any other casino, especially w/non gambling  partner, friend. On the main floor,
there is a large glass room, with snack bar, computer terminals,
lounge chairs, tables that gives a view of the gambling space. it is
secure and quiet and located next to the elevators to your room. Most casinos have no place to sit down, get away from the action and still see what is going on.Wow. First I have heard of it, in over a year of frequent AC visits. Borgata gets more and more attractive with each tidbit. I would love to see that setup soon.  Only hotel guest access?

one other thing, if one can achieve 'black card' status (like diamond), they have a great private dining facility. not a place with a view, but the food is wonderful and it is only $10 comp dollars. and, for those who drink, like CET, all the booze you want. prime rib every day!

I was black card (due to CET diamond - BJ play) at Borgata 2 years ago, and REALLY enjoyed their food - way better than CET.

would suggest you plan your trip when the weather is a little warmer. the boardwalk is always fun to walk, during daylight hours. lots to look at. i am always impressed by the shear number and variety of people; families, handicaped, every ethic group etc, great place to peiple watch. i/m/o, i would concentrate my play at borgota, it is the class of all the casinos.

We've always wanted to play Borgata esp. since we began playing at a Boyd's franchise. Seems they also have the best VP based on VPFree.

I sound like a tour guide here, but if you guys make your way to Ct., there is tons of good stuff to do within 1/2 hour of both casinos. Even winery tours and of course Mystic Seaport. Late spring, summer, or early fall is the best. And of course to meet up with one or more of the posters here like me.

olds, we loved every minute of Mystic and your area two years ago. If we head up there again we'll make a point to meet up with you.

Thanks everyone for your input and information. We're still debating whether to include AC and will probably be comped to stay at Golden Nugget and play Borgata and GN but visit most.

Looking at quick run to Valley Forge Casino while up that way also.

That area is called the livingroom. Guest mostly use this area for internet service on there IPAD or whatever else they have. They have internet in the rooms but I think there is a fee .The players lounge is called The Amphoria Lounge. IMO it's the best in AC. The small buffet inside has a variety of food & deserts. They do have prime rib every day at the carving station. They also have other items at the carving station ( Ham,Turkey, Brisket.) In the hot food section they usually serve some type of fish , beef , pork, and chicken. The clams casino and the crabcakes are great.  The cold section has a variety of salads. There is also a desert section. The media room next to the bar is a great place to watch your favorite sporting event. Warning: When the Phila. Eagles pale the NY Giants or the Phillies play the Mets & Yankees it can a little crazy. But we have fun ! ! !
