Casino host did hook me up with a $75 food comp though, so at least it took the edge off a bit from losing that C-note.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'll say. Nice to put the touch on a host for a pricey food comp. I could never even dream of a host as a staunch low roller. The hell with the quads. I drew QT hearts for a max coin Royal Flush on Sat. Still on cloud nine! Another near certain year in the black with the good bankrupt folks at CET.

The
best prediction of the future is that you will have average results on your
current machine --- based on pay schedule and slot club. We know that this
prediction will turn out to be imperfect most of the time, but there’s no
better prediction available. If swings bother you too much, give up gambling! Because so long as you
gamble, you’ll have these swings. Guaranteed!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So correct about the prediction being imperfect. I personally find an hour lull between quads as a very slow player. I usually lose $15-$30 in that span. To spare myself an hour of losing, I will continue to bolt like Usain!Having said that, I am feeling much better about VP after my Sat max coin Royal Flush. I just regret not hitting the ocean afterwards. I chickened out of that desire quite fast.

Hope you have the hit song " Cloud Nine " by the Temptations ( 1968 ). Just keep playing it in your head and you won't give it back.

Congrats on that RF! I'll take a RF over a quad any day, with the exception of 4AWK on TDB As a fellow low-roller, we sometimes go to a rewards center to hit them up for comps, for like a buffet or two, but we also found out that we can hit up a casino host for even better comps. It has worked wonders for us! We've got generous food comps (in the $200 - $300 range) and as many nights as needed hotel rooms for guests. It doesn't hurt to ask!

Just to add to this - I went back today and played the machine right next to the one that snagged my $100, and the card reader wasn't working properly, so the slot attendant fixed it. I stuck a $20 in, and was just a few hands in when I was dealt three 3's. On the draw, a 2 came up and then the last 3, and got that $100 back + the $20 I put in!

Thank you SL. I must follow in your footsteps. I went wild and lost $100 on Sat. One stinking quad in three hours, hence the additional hour of play. I must not be this reckless again. Harrah's has always hammered me. I will allow two more visits before writing them off. Just when I was going so well, a significant setback. So lucky to have max bet on RF last week. I had set up a RF bucket list at each of the three AC CETs. But this is literally not in the cards.
