Fortunately the only time it's happened in the last 2.5 years of 37 total natural quads on Deuces, I was having my best Tunica trip up to that time. So it thankfully didn't bug me too much. I enjoyed the AWAK I hit on DDB on Friday much more though.

I finally mustered the strength to try DW in a casino. It was the three line variety. Dove in despite the cluttered screen confusion. Held two deuces on my second hand. What a letdown. All I got was a quad and trey on the two lines I actually had action on, but thrilling anticipation nonetheless. I only played two hands and got $11 out of it. DW quad is like a JOB straight or flush. Good change of pace game for anyone. It sure beats turning to a table game like craps and getting repeatedly fleeced.

After her first quad deuces for $50, my g/f said to me, "I still hate this game". haha

I don't mind the game, but the game hates me for quarters+. The game is crappy when you aren't hitting the quad deuces.

I enjoyed the AWAK I hit on DDB on Friday much more though.[/quote]When you play deuces wild you see a lot more quad aces with a kicker. This happens because you always hold the deuce which is a kicker card.  When I get one of these the player next to me usually goes wild if they see it, then they realize I'm playing deuces and they are sad for me.  You get used to this after a while.

Deuces is a good starter game, too, because the strategy is pretty straight forward. The strategy is based on the number of deuces you're dealt, and of course the more deuces the fewer your choices! Personally I prefer Double Deuces or Loose Deuces to standard DW, and I don't care for the Bonus variants (I tend to forget to hold the low pair when dealt two pair as in standard DW strategy it doesn't matter which pair you hold)

Awesome!!Another one and done poster???   I hope not.....When I saw this thread title, I immediately thought this would be a fascist rant highlighting the political rise and fall of Mussolini  (given today's political climate where it is now "chic" to be a right wing nut job) Thankfully I was wrong....Anyhoo, I like deuces wild when it is played on a game like Super (stupor?) times pay or Good times pay........as a single line game, not so much.
