Omt, if you read my original post, where I mentioned the difficulty getting the matching fourth card, I did not call for some FBI investigation. I simply asked if others had noticed the same thing. .
And, one of the respondents, who totally agreed with the notion that hitting a quad by drawing to trips was unduly rare, then provided contradictory statistics. I merely pointed out that contradiction.

what makes me shudder are those in today's world who are trying to sell the idea that is only about the math and luck is not huge factor, that every casino/machine operates with complete integrity and who continue to claim success, without offers of proof.

[/QUOTE]OMT, You have a valid point in that my post was not expressed or worded properly and conveyed an inaccurate and confusing picture when compared to the actual point I was trying to make.     However you are not correct to try and build more of a mountain out of this obvious mole hill stemming from my faulty post (I am human, I make mistakes or mis-speak just like you do and everyone else!)   Furthermore I stand by the general overall theme(s)  of the rest of this thread (as well as the posts of several other people aside from myself)........most specifically, the nature of the way VP machines in certain casinos are behaving and the results they are yielding do not seem to be conforming to expected long term results and in fact seemed artificially skewed somehow.Now I get it, you simply do not buy it nor do you want to even consider it as a possibility.......fine.      But flat out ignoring some of the more specific and finely tuned points made by myself and others like notes1 does not further your side of the argument.....    Let me ask you again, what do you honestly think is the long term net result of the sudden and wide spread REMOVAL of all the oversight and regulation in New Jersey Casinos that took place in 2011?????    How do you justify or even explain the fact that for 32 years (from 1979 thru 2011)  the powers that be in NJ saw fit to maintain 24/7 365  in house casino monitoring and presence of Gaming commission agents and personel......and then literally overnight, it was removed,without any replacement or even modest shifting to other resources or sources of oversight and regulation.......plus, there was massive widespread layoffs throughout the rest of the agency!    I myself inadvertently noticed that the beginning of my horrible, statistically skewed results coincidentally began right about in early 2012, RIGHT after this removal of oversight.How did the casinos of New jersey, in 2011,  suddenly become "intuitive" at ensuring compliance to ALL that is required of casinos in New Jersey to the extent that they could carte blanche remove ALL the in house oversight the previously had for 32 years?!?!?!?!?   Does that not give you pause, or at the very VERY least, why can't you allow some slack to people who DO find pause at this turn of events  ???

Evening all, just got back to my room and feeling very disturbed. First off received 3x multiplier for the 8th week in a row. Played 5 hand QQs, various games, was dealt 3oak 27 times and did not convert to 4oak once. Variance, I don't think so.

This thread has me itching for a Borgata session. I still think that they will give players a fair shot at an actual profit! I hate most of the bar patrons with a passion. But such is the situation. Jeter may be making a break for Borgata as I type!

with all that has been said, I still like the casino. it is pretty clean, safe, lots of VP machines, water girls are friendly, I do see people getting some good hits and I like the table top machines.
