It's most disappointing when you get sick on a vacation you're so looking forward to. Been there, done that. I hope you can get back soon and enjoy that lobster roll, Paco.

Well, I have returned home with nothing good to report.
Started feeling sick the night before I headed down to AC.
Most of the trip was spent in the room dosed out on Niquel.
For VP I settled in and played at Bally's. Just didn't feel up to hopping around. It felt more like a chore than fun but I had to play 'cause that's what I went for. First night played 3 hours $1 single line DDBAF. Left even for the night. No premium hands. Wednesday played 2 sessions about 4 hours total. Played 3 hand quarters for a while. All duds. Had to hit the ATM for a short second session. Started on quarters but was taking it quicker than dollars so went for broke back on $1 DDBAF. Held on for a bit then gone.
The first night wasn't bad. Got a couple small quads and quite a few full houses and flushes that kept me going. The second day/night was terrible. Couldn't get anything better than 3oK's. Most of those 3ok's were dealt Aces but none ever turned 4.
Maybe I will get some room offers from TR and I can head back and give it another shot sometime down the road. Can't blame the casino for me being sick and that's what put a damper on the fun. Winning something would have been nice but I went to play and expected to pay.

Sorry to hear you got sick, what makes it worse is being away from home. I've been to Bally's about 100 times and lost about 97 times.

Thanks Guy's. Hope to go again before Summer is over. I only get 2 weeks vacation and am allowed to take it in July or August only or I lose it. This was the first time I had taken a full week off. Still a slave to the phone though. I hope to use the rest this year. I usually lose most of it.

You were sick, but your bankroll was in ICU!

Yes, I should have taken the advice of the good Dr. notes1. Or I could eat an apple a day until I return to AC. Oh wait, I'm allergic.
