Casino employees/contractors that monitor this site///////////with benefit of doubt, you legally deceived us for many years...But, in doing so for intermittent short-term gains, you've technically-legally revenue-schemed yourself into a tighter corner than you were in the past....Videopoker can bring in a lot larger and steadier stream of revenue if those of you who wish to make it right....remove fixed-losers/keno/slots other garbage from vp machines....risk-certify payback with--clean more realistically higher--random computer generated outcomes of a 52-card deck.....You will get more players back for longer hours at higher denominations....Return to fair gaming.....yes....a Billy-Martin........

Anytime a person walks into a casino and: drops a coin into a slot; puts a chip into play on a table; or, authorizes by their own accord a legal wager takes the risk on "being legally deceived" by that casino.

Bill - when a rash is set to begin; it's time to switch to gin.

The major legal deception has been to assume you are playing a 99 or 100% game---strictly by looking at the paytable.....The paybacks have been based on pay-tables played on closest to true random, yet we are [wrongly I believe] applying the same statistical expectations to significantly lower randomness...Casinos--with few exceptions that post paybacks which should be legally bound to--let us hammer away at a 9/6 Jacks thinking it's a 99.5% game historically.....when it may be closer to 95....Food for thought for anyone planning on quitting their day job......

The problem is not with the casinos, it's with our expectations.  We have been lead to believe playing positive games yields positive results.  This is far from accurate as the mathematics is flawed in my opinion.    Hardly anyone ever wins playing VP long term and those that make that claim never produce anything except pretense to back it up.  For sure some people have been lucky for a time, then quit the game ahead.  Others win an invitational raffle or a cruise and count it as winning at VP.   Some even co-mingle money earned from selling VP related products and services with their VP bankroll and claim it as winning.  These are not the same thing as winning on machine credits alone.Once you realize this it doesn't take long to figure out there is something wrong with these claims. I play VP strictly as entertainment.  I play small and tell others to do the same.  It doesn't cost me much to play and I don't expect to win.  When I do, I'm happy about it.If you like to gamble big money take up stock picking.  At least there you have real verifiable numbers to work with.
