free flights to Harrah's in Laughlin

Post by lindyjohn »

Seems like when flights land, Harrah's seem to slow all slots and do not pay. I think someone changes the slot payouts. I am not sure about the random generator play.

I'd delete this quick, before CETs Office of Terminal Solutions reads it. I'd hate to see you accidently fall in the river after a night of drinking.

I think further investigation is warranted before conclusions are drawn. I will not say you are wrong, and will not say your right. I will say the allegation is just that without hard evidence and people can take it for what it is, an allegation not based on hard evidence. I would think if true it would cause massive problems for the company, and since machines are already tight in Caesar properties, no need for underhanded play. But hey, I've been wrong before.

Harrah's has flights coming in all the time. Are you really suggesting that, each time one of these flights comes in, they change the machine payouts? Or, maybe, they do it only when your particular flight arrives?

We have taken flights to Laughlin many, many times. Sometimes we have done really well there, others, not so well. It is, after all, gambling, and nothing is guaranteed.

That reminds me of what a player told me years ago.  He was convinced there was a master switch in the casino's control room where they could turn the jackpots on and off.  No manner of logic would convince him otherwise.
