It was on several machines in the bank of 4 Game Kings that have SDB. Moved from machine to machine as there was no one there. But alas to no avail. These machines do seem to have some really cold streaks, but have seen people hit 2 royals an hour apart, quads all afternoon etc. Just not me recently. My luck has basically come from an occasional big hit or two at thye end of a session.
Last trip to Borgata, played 4-5 hours on .50 Super Double Bonus. 2 quads all session. Lost $900. Getting up the courage to go down again.Even though it is Borgata, it is also AC, and you never ever really know.....you may have been playing during a scheduled dud cycle whereby the casino can safely have its machines spitting out mostly duds....its been known to happen.I urge you to save your money and energy and just go to Vegas.
Before you ask I will not provide any names of people involved nor a casino name. Just last week I ran into a fellow and his wife, I used to see them all the time and I've posted about both of them before. I was at a casino I hadn't been to in a long time, there was zero doubt in my mind that something was going on at this casino with their vp machines. I was working in the area I decided to stop in and see if anything was different, I went back to the vp machines and recognized the man right away, he said he wife was playing right around the corner from us. Now this man and his wife play almost non stop vp and he knows where to play and where not to play. He highly recommended I start playing there again. Turns out a while back the powers that be rolled into this tiny way out of the way casino and shut down every single vp machine in the place for almost 2 weeks. After they were opened back up there was a new gaming director in place and big fines were handed out, now there were no big stories about this incident but it did occur according to one of the machine techs. What were they guilty of, no one knows or at least no one is saying but something obviously happened.

It sounds to me as if the casino was caught using doctored machines.

It sounds to me as if the casino was caught using doctored machines.

I've been told by some on this site that this really isn't possible, others have said "why would they, the reward isn't worth the risk, they could simply just change pay tables.". Now I started playing at this casino for one reason and one reason alone, they had the best pay tables I could find anywhere. I thought I had found a diamond in the rough but I was getting crushed there. I played there for roughly 3 months because I was working in that area and came upon the casino by chance, I didn't even know there was a casino in the area. I played $2 and some $5 denomination vp and during that 3 month period I only had 1 decent night, I started out playing $1 denomination and caught a couple of decent hands. I was doing pretty decent so I switched to a higher denomination and the machines went stone cold, I quickly went back to $1 denomination and survived the night. The next 9 times I went back I only caught 3 small quads playing $1 denomination. During that 3 month stretch I noticed I was almost always the only one playing vp, every once in in a while I would notice a couple of people stop and play .25 denomination. Now there was several people playing vp at that casino and it was a Tuesday night. I caught some good hands, no hand pays but several quads. The man I was speaking about hit for $2K twice and hit quad Aces more than once, while he was waiting to get his hand pay, his wife hit a royal. The man commented that now you see why we started playing here again, this is just like The Grand Casino was before they were bought out. I've stated it before, I do not believe all vp is the same, I know it's supposed to be but I just don't believe it. I also forgot to mention that when the machines were opened back up for play the pay tables had been reduced. I'm waiting to get a detailed report of my play at another small casino where I've managed to play over 200K hands without catching a royal or aces w/k a single time, according to one of the bartenders that works there he tells me that he rarely sees anyone play $1 denomination there and he can't remember ever seeing anyone hit a royal or aces w/k when playing $1 denomination. I hit royals and aces w/k all the time at other casinos but for some reason I have never hit nor seen either hand hit at this one casino.

Sorry to hear Paco. At least you could drown your sorrows at the Pool. I'd rather play Mega than play at Horrors.
