I've been playing more slots lately myself.   TDB without the hand exercise.   I hit a Temple Dragon slot for $700 last Thursday morning.   The only intelligence required is knowing when you've had enough. My favorite slot is the Gold Pays Firecracker slot.  If I could own one slot for my home, that would be it.

Just an observation. Dan in LV seems to get quad deuces two of every three sessions. His thread must be a highly frustrating read. We all know the definition of insanity. You had to scrap the current plan. Best of luck on BP.

Deuces is a good game.  At this time, I want a calm game with easy strategy and low variance.   I switched three weeks ago and so far I have been able to play BP longer and come home with more money.   I move up in denomination when I'm ahead just to keep things interesting.  Works OK if you have enough discipline to move back.  Lightning can strike at any time.

Hi Phil, on your next trip to Vegas or Reno (Sands has it)  try 99.1% "Tens or Better" (unless this game is offered in your area in which case you can start as soon as you want). It is the ultimate low variance game in that 49.5% of hands played are non-losers (two pair pays 2 for 1). Deuces and Joker has a higher percentage of non-losing hands but the variance is much higher (19 vs 45 for full pay versions with one coin in).

I would bet you significant money that his area doesn't have 25/6/5 Tens or better. Every version I have ever stumbled across is garbage 940/50/25/10/7/5/3/1/1 (95.04%).

Glad you are doing better on Bonus too Phil. Deuces hates me...lol

So among us, DW has been consistently tamed only by Vegas Dan. I guess I haven't been missing much after all! JOB weary in Jersey.

I have decided to get one of those confetti/t-shirt cannons. I will stuff my bankroll in it and fire it into the air above a crowd of people in Times Square and then run into the crowd before it descends and grab as much of my money back as I can. Odds are I will do better than my last visit to the casino.

Even when I eke out a win/tie, in the larger scope still a loser after factoring in all the missed opportunities at a nice score.
