4 Royals in one night

Hi Gang - Just wanted to share with you that I was playing at Hollywood Casino in Aurora, IL on Saturday and I was the proud recipient of 4 royals at the .25 level on two different machines. Three of them I was playing deuces wild and the other was playing double double bonus. I also got 4 deuces twice. I had to keep up with the woman who was playing super aces and got them 8 times. yipes !!! Good luck to all.

Hi again Gang - an update from my earlier post about hitting the 4 royals last Saturday night. Me and my buddy went up to Milwaukee on Sunday to play at the casino owned by the Potawatomi Tribe and I sat down at a 3/5/10 play machine and started to play DDB. I hit 4 aces with a kicker for $500.00 and hit the same thing again 3 minutes later for another $500.00. Left about an hour later, was a very good weekend. Good luck to all...

  hey, i was sitting next to you at hollywood sat. nite, i saw you hit those royals. i was on the second machine from the left, remember i had 4 queens dealt to me? congrats on your good fortune. i don't know abiut you but that woman who hit those aces was so obnoctious i wanted to scream, but it was a good time & a lot of laughs!!!

jmbs25 - thanks very much for the kind words and yes we all had fun. I guess having you validate my royals here is almost as good as taking pictures of each of them. What I found funny about that night is the machine that I hit the 4th royal on gave one to a guy earlier and he was only playing 1 coin per line. He saw me hit the royal on the machine he left from. I was thinking about going back there this Saturday night. Good luck.

  yeah i remember him, he had a few choice words for that machine. what i don't understand is why he didn't play the max after he hit that royal with one coin! hope you have the same luck sat. nite. i will probably go on the 8th. i hit a royal there that nite playing super times pay ddb, but put most of it back playing 10 times super aces!! i always make the mistake of raising the stakes when i win. i would have been better off playing the dollar 3 times super aces. i'll never learn!! good luck sat. nite!!

Most individuals that I've encountered playing short coin don't believe they will ever hit a RF (or in a few cases don't understand it pays less). If they do hit one then the figure they will never hit one again so why increase their bet.

Shadow,When you are trolling about selecting a machine, and given that all pay, etc are equal, do you ever feel drawn to a machine that is displaying prior short coin pay, as I do?  I know that is probably an indicator that this particular machine is not paying well, but I always have to check it out.  Sometimes with good results.

Good luck to all. Wow!  Good job!  4 on two different machines, so you didn't cash out and leave the machine that gave you all that joy.  Always wonder why I see so many people cashing out after a big win and moving to another machine right away.Continued good luck to you.
