Vegas strip quick quads

Post by daredman »

Does anyone know if the're any quick quads on the northern end of the strip or downtown Vegas. I'm planning a trip in Oct and would really like to play QQ. The last time I was there I went all the way to Red Rock only to find they removed them all. I've looked on this sites game finder and I'm not sure how accurate it is. Also vpfree doesn't list QQ.

Only ones I know of are at SouthPoint, which is way south of the north end of the strip, but I rarely play up there so not a lot of help. There is a bus to SP from the strip.

Also vpfree doesn't list QQ. VPfree does list Quick Quads. I see some there at South Point and MGM.

(VPfree doesn't list all video poker games just the ones with the better paytables that users have reported to them.)

The videopoker.com game finder is pretty accurate in my experience. The games furthest north on the strip look to be Cromwell, Ballys, and Planet Hollywood.

Mirage also has wheel poker with quick quads, which requires 7 coins a line has a bit of a different strategy.

Also any Five Star Poker game likely has Quick Quads in a single line format. The D downtown has one of these machines. Also Wynn, Caesars, Flamingo, Harrahs, Linq have them on the north end.   I dunno the denominations though. Many higher end casinos begin at dollars for these and are in high limit rooms. I'll try to note the denominations for some of the Caesars Entertainment properties. Will be there next month.

As for VPFree2, they aren't often listed because they aren't 99%+. South Point will have 99%+ games for quarters+ though (except for DDB) and is listed in VPFree2.

Like Vman said, the 5Star machines are the most likely places to find QQ. I've played them at Planet Hollywood and the Flamingo. As far as DDB paytables, they are really bad - 7/5 for quarters. The WPwQQ at the Mirage is 9/5.

thanks for the feedback it was helpful. I found the QQ search on VPfree also. VMan if you wouldn't mind posting what you find in any of the Ceasars properties that would be great since I'm only there a short time it really does narrow choices down.

Orleans (Tropicana & Arville) has 2 Quick Quads machines located in front of the "Alligator" Bar towards Alder & Birch.

Palazzo has 2 machines with 3-5-10 Quick Quads. Average poor paytable though.

Also Red Rock has them on their single play Five Star machines (probably 20 throughout the casino). Full pay tables 50 cent and higher.
