FAA, your comp dollars at Borgata are based on coin in, not wins or losses. I am down -$250 for the year though. Not bad for the. Pin in I have put thru.

Do you feel you have gotten comps or giveaways that are worth more than $250? If so, you are playing a winning game.

Yes, coin in. With negative games the city norm, I extrapolate and assume heavy losses. You have skated like Gretzky thus far.

Yes, I've gotten more value than $ 250. Just used $300 in comps for dinner last week. Plus occasionally get rooms, spa treatments for friends etc. Don't think -$250 will be the final outcome for the year though as I will be back down numerous times before the end of the year. I have always been comfortable playing 99.54 or 99.69 % games with the comps I get. I've kept records for 15 years and I am ahead cashwise because of very good years prior to the great recession which caused casinos to pull good games (yes, there were plenty of positive games in AC back then)Since then I am basically even on the 99.54 and 99.69% games because I have hit the expected number of royals. No complaints overall, but I won't play at CET properties.

So it poses the question: DaBurglar; if ALL casinos everywhere operate on servers for ALL their game machines, will you stop playing? I've already reduced my play by at least two thirds the last 12-15 months....I'm definitely heading in the downward direction, and my last few visits to AC (getting more and more infrequent overall)  involved more time spent traveling to other neighboring communities and sights, beaches etc.   When I next visit Southern new jersey (probably the end of this month, October) I will be spending at least 2 days in southern Pennsylvania/Philly, in part to scout & explore the best most efficient way to visit Gettysburg early next Spring.   Video Poker is no longer anywhere near as fun as it was 10+ years ago and before.....the difficulty breaking even and reduced paytables and comps obviously have much to do with that, and when its 100% servers that will be as bad as it can get I believe.....To say someone will TOTALLY stop playing, when free play is handed out with such regularity, is not sincere ;  But I've already had extended periods even before servers where I backed off VP altogether for periods of time so it is possible I may soon reach a point where I only play freebie, tournament or comp offers of VP.     In fact I can see myself eventually avoiding AC, Vegas and all large casino markets altogether the more boring and cynical and rundown they become....and things like the shooting in Vegas, which is now the new "benchmark" for all dysfunctional sociopaths with guns everywhere, makes staying home even more appealing.

How about breaking it down to a simple: yes or no?

How about breaking it down to a simple: yes or no?

Wow you are just a petty miserable child....

You asked a question and I answered it, without any objectionable or personal jibes, and nowhere in your original query about me playing VP did you say you wanted a simple yes or no....the fact is if I had given a simple yes or no, you would have promptly responded with a snarky retort about the lack of substance or the brevity of my answer. You just proved my every point and post about you being a hopelessly hostile person who is uninterested and incapable of simply leaving me alone.

You like to ask "if you don't like VP, then why play?". A far far more applicable question is If you can't stand daburglar, why even post anything at all to or about him? You can't Dodge it anymore .... What the f--- is your problem???   You are never ever going to get your way here so move along...you are only hurting yourself.

I posed it quite simply in the original context. I did not request a trip planning guide nor did I ask about freeplay or live poker.

But because you brought it up I will ask about the statement you made about not liking video poker then why play and tieing into it the question about me not standing you then why do I post to or about him?

Why make this statement? I recall this being a video poker website and my statement about not liking video poker then don't play it fits perfectly into this video poker website.

You seem to not like it when people take a differing position to yours and you get quite defensive, actually hostile. This does not only happen with me. My "problem" is that you can NEVER make a defensive arguement about your position WITHOUT making it personal. If you learned anything in Debate 101 it should have been that "when you make it personal you've lost the debate because your position cannot stand alone on its own merits without aid of personal attack."

Again, I ask a simple question: Would you stop playing casino games if they ALL because server based?

Your answer should not include information on Gettysburg (where I have visited many times) or Philadelphia (where I have visited many times) nor southern PA (where I have visited many times).

Namaste.
