The new It was both one of the funniest and creepiest movies I've seen in years. Maybe since the original Re-Animator.

Any unique special affinity towards Misery?I keep forgetting about that one but yes, its was a stellar adaptation of one of King's better works....I think the relevance to Atlantic City among all this fantasy horror fiction is simply AC had descended into a Horror show for a wide variety of people:Since 2007, their market plummeted, the city shrank and became virtually insolvent and they lost half their casinos (not counting the one that was partially built, halted, then rushed to completion in the middle of a massive citywide recession and ended up accelerating the demise of other casinos rather than actually helping the city recover.....talkin' about REVEL, the multi-billion dollar boondoggle which still dominates the north end of the boardwalk and stands as a empty pathetic reminder of how wrong so many people were!)
