Thanks.   I'm in a different world of VP right now.   No worries.  No unrealistic expectations.  No regrets.   Feels Good.

The counter was still clicking away??? All you have to do is push the button and it auytomatically overrides the counter. I never wait on the counter for any win, be it $5 or $20,000.

I hit the royal and took the photo.    Love the sound of the counter.  Beats the sound of your money flying away.

That says it ALL. No worries, no unrealistic expectations, no regrets. You may even hit a RF and feel amazing. Personally, I would fully enjoy the sights and sounds of the RF tally before grabbing my phone.

There are a few things you should know if you are contemplating a trip to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.   Mississippi has a 3% gambling tax on top of federal income tax on all slot hand pays.  They take out their money before you are paid and you will never see it again.  Mississippi video poker is for entertainment purposes only.  The VP odds are in the 96-98% range from quarters to the high limit room.   We play max coin quarters and have a great time.  If you stick with that plan, you will get your money's worth.  Playing VP in Mississippi any bigger than quarters is a waste of money.  If you don't enjoy playing quarter VP, do not play VP in Mississippi. Here's a photo I took of the Beau Rivage Hotel lobby.  Very classy.  It's a smaller Bellagio without the crowds.  Your wife will love it.  They tell me the Beau has a great golf course. We had a chance to visit the new Scarlett Pearl casino is nearby D'Iberville.   Here's a photo.  Lots of flashy chrome, neon and glass.  A few video poker machines here and there.  Not worth a return visit.  If you like graphically exciting slots, you'll love it.  We didn't care for it.One of our favorite casinos in the area is the Island View casino in Gulfport.  Lots of VP in the 98% range.  Sadly, they downgraded their 9/6 Jacks or Better to 8/5.  At least they have some VP machines left.  So many casinos across the US are pulling their VP.  Be sure to check out the Silver Slipper casino as well.  It's a scenic 30 minute ride down the beach with the best VP odds on the coast. Not Vegas, but not bad for the east. Here is a photo I took on the back wall of the Beau Rivage Players Club.  I almost fell over laughing when I saw it.  This sign says it all!
