That’s the beauty of pot shots, nice hit. The tough part is the ability to play down before a majority of the money goes back into the casinos coffers. My two cent advice? Don’t spend it all in one place :)
Cheers!

Congrats, olds.  I'm so happy for you.  5-digit paydays are terrific!  Sorry, I didn't read between the lines of the system you described and factor in the random pot shots in my analysis for you.  You clearly don't need any advice.  Just keep hitting those well-timed royals and you'll get the "gales" to work for you to blow away those pesky "martins."

No need to apologize at all and in fact, I hadn't planned any pot shots on this trial. Hitting the 2 quads that close together just gave me the hunch to try it. I'm just back from another overnight and so far so good. Back to basics with the trial. Haven't had to bet more than 3 coins so far. The quads have even been hitting a bit more than average. Left today plus 135. That's right in line with FAA's one percent session. I can't even get one percent per year in my money market account. If I could hit that one percent for my 3 weekly sessions that would be 150 percent for the year. Wouldn't that be something.....Going to stick to the trial until it fails and then re analyze. I may throw just one thing into the mix. Anytime quads come really close together or I hit a straight flush, just take that pot shot or 2. The damage will be minimal and I can just retreat to the back to basics method after that. Thanks again all for the well wishes. Just edited to add guess we are talking about one percent of the 10k windfall here just as a conversation piece, but I like the analogy and the thoughts of that 10k being 25k by year end at a rate of 100 per session for 150 sessions. Last time I was at the bank they didn't offer me a free luxury room, shows, unlimited food and drink, and a little play money either. Last time they offered me anything was in the 1980's and we got a sort of free microwave and VCR. I said sort of because we got a 1099 at the end of the year for the inflated value of the gifts.
Anyway, for the new folks here, the chances of turning 10k into 25k by year end are next to nil, but I will have lost of fun trying.

The only problem with hitting huge payoffs is the smaller ones lose their appeal and excitement. I should have such problems

Really nice Olds. I am glad for you
