Casino Knight best of luck to you when you make the journey.

I sincerely ask that you rethink your plan as wagering $25.00 per hand on video poker is a path that could lead to ruin.

Well Ted, you know as well as I do that it ain't over 'til the rent is spent. Inasmuch as I've already collected the rent, it's mine to spend. amirite?

At $25 a hand, that's like $12,500 spun through the machine.
You must be rich. Louisiana Lou rich.
Just remember that the Road To Perdition is lined with brokeass players dumb enough to read books and believe in math.

I'm not rich but I'm comfortable. I figure a couple of grand will soothe my itch for this 9/7 game. If I win great, if I lose, oh well.

Who is Louisiana Lou? Is he on that road to perdition you speak of, or has he already reached that goal?

Casino Knight I know that you MUST be a sensible and responsible person so I MUST IMPLORE you to Not play at that level. I'm concerned that you Will lose Control and focus. Please Read here in these forums what Has been written about the PERILS of playing at that denomination.

I agree Ted TDB is a bankroll killer, now some $25 JOB 9/6 would be a better start at that level.

Are you sure it is $3.70 avg loss per round? I thought it was more like 92cents per round.

Hmm...yeah, I must have mistyped that into a calculator or something. Fortunately the main point at the end doesn't depend on numbers.

Really Ted?

$25/hand to you may be like 25-cent/hand to others. CK is a grown man and knows darn well what the consequences of a poor run at that level can do. Knowing CK, he'll be posting a picture of a $20k aces w/kicker hit.

I just don't want Casino Knight to get one good hit and then get Addicted to playing at That Level. He Will be HOOKED and then it is all Downhill from There. One good Hit and visions of Sugar plums Dance through his head.

I have seen it happen.
