I'm not rich but I'm comfortable. I figure a couple of grand will soothe my itch for this 9/7 game. If I win great, if I lose, oh well.
Who is Louisiana Lou? Is he on that road to perdition you speak of, or has he already reached that goal? What on earth is the relevance of that statement? First off, define "rich" (of which you are NOT per your own words).......second off, just what the heck does "Comfortable" mean in terms of finances? Third, why is Ted, seemingly being very serious, so concerned about Ck playing TDB for $5 credits? I'm seeing all sorts of statements and words invoking financial ruin, Video Poker/Gambling Addiction, slow train ride to hell on the TDB express.....etc.Just what the heck is going on here in this thread? Ted, if CK states he can and wishes to play this game, would it not be better for you to simply cheer him on, wish him luck, invoked that Karma based quasi religion you seem to practice.....instead of (to quote Billy ryan) "DOOM AND GLOOM"?????I'm all for Ck taking his "comfortable existence, and cushion chair" and letting it RIP with $5 TDB. I've gotten the distinct impression from him that he is a person who wins in spite of all sorts of potential obstacles or reasons that would deter other lesser individuals.

No $5.00 games for me, even though I can afford to play them. I will play the $1.00 triple play 9/6 JOB at $15 a spin on multiplier days at Borgata. July 26 is 15x slot dollars from 3-8 PM. Wonder what time I will need to get there for a seat. There are only 3 machines and they are in a smoking section. May just go with the $1.00 single line machines in the non smoking area.

Sugar plum dreams are ubiquitous in casinos. You hit quarter RFs? Dollar RFs can't be far behind, old chap! I'm currently attempting to unwind from this fallacious thinking. I'm already envisioning my narrow quarter bank island for my next trip. Definition of insanity.

Very nice. And nice paytable for nickels too.

Very nice! High quality dealt hands don't come along that often, but when they do and you're playing multiline, it's just great.

More 10 play This one is from Southpoint a few hours ago. 9/6 DDB. The one before this was at Rampart last Tuesday. The only other nickel denom for 9/6 DDB, 8/5 BP, OR 9/7/5 DB 10-play that I know of here in Vegas is at Suncoast hidden in the 2 cent progressive 10 play machines at the west end of the casino. 10 play is a love-hate machine that has been very lovin the last few days!

I totally agree. Read my post about "Random? I don't think so."
