99.84% JoB
At a certain casino in Laughlin they offer .1% cash back as well as .2% free play from the slot club. Throw in free flights for 2 as well as monthly promotions can you consider yourself to have the “advantage†with 6 trips a year and a goal of 60,000 hands a year? 9/6 job... I guess I’m asking at what point are you the long term winner if your only a short term player?

If i'm understanding you correctly you get $75 cash back and $150 free play per year, free flights, free room, and hopefully dining credits. Weigh that against your actual (cost) vs. winnings/losses + value of comps (return) If you are enjoying yourself you can consider yourself a winner.
I go to Las Vegas and I use a combination of fuzzy math and drunken confusion.
I take a fat stack of cash (cost) take a free suite, $30 per day free play, $25 per day food credit, free show tickets that I rarely use. The wife has the same offer. Winners? Hell yes.
