     Speaking of wacky math minds Ted, you can't post certain numbers on the forum without setting mine off. For instance, 429. That reminds me of the big block Ford 429 cubic inch engine. Then it reminds me of the guy that had it and beat me in a street race in 1968. Don't post 427. Most would think chevy, but I think Ford side oiler engine that was almost unbeatable in the day. By the way, Phil had one.

    FAA....I did a backslide at UCONN in 1968. I was on a cane for a year. No fun walking 2 miles to class in the blizzard, but I did it. Yep, we both know about backslides. Let's hope they won't be too expensive.

     I try and keep things light on the forum. Speaking of light, yesterday was my dad's 94th birthday. We enjoyed a few light Peronis on tap and shared a great tomato pie. I wonder if vman likes peronis. May be too light for him. Very hard to find on tap, but they have it at our favorite local spot and Pepe's at Mohegan Sun has it also. Heading up there later tonight with the Mrs. after family outing today. Our weather the next few days will rival Florida. 90's and higher. Just a bit cooler here at the coast, but not much. Good excuse to stay cool in the casino.

Phil, regarding your people in glass houses post: I'm trying to figure out how it would apply to my post because I have never sworn off dollar play. I have though; suggested to FAA that he eliminate dollar play from his repertoire.

My repertoire can ill afford more than a handful of dollar hands per hour. So, this has to be my modus operandi. I need to hard cap. It can easily snowball out of control again. Phil was castigating me with that comment, which is most unkind as I agree with him so much. Losing at quadruple the quarter rate is unsustainable. Corrective action must and will be taken.

FAA,  I have never been one to criticize the way other people choose to get their entertainment.  If I offended you, I apologize.  If you wish to play dollar VP, so be it.  You do seem to be disturbed by your decision and I feel your pain.  The lure of a big jackpot is intoxicating.  No one knows that more than me.  I conquered my own big play demons cold turkey.  It's still a work in progress.  Each time I am tempted to play big, I don't dream of big jackpots, I think about how I will feel when my money is gone.  There is nothing inherently wrong with playing big if you have the bankroll and fortitude to handle it.   Playing big when you don't, is very depressing.   I hope you do not think badly of me for telling you this.  I enjoy your posts and only want the best for you.
