Junkets, that i was familiar with, were 3rd party organizer in my area. Trips to an individual casino(reno, tahoe, aruba, dominican, puerto rico, etc) were air&RFB with front money required of $1500-$2500 that only had to be played across the table once. Front money was converted to junket chips ,which were different from regular casino chips,(funny money). One play and they were converted to regular chips, cashable. Very easy to do since i was after a free trip not their money. After the first night ,of a week long trip or a three day weekend, it was on to the ski slopes, snorkeling, beach and pool, and soaking up the all the free drinks and all the top level food we could handle. I say we because my wife usually came on most trips. Playing her front money might take part of the next day. A week in aruba, $5000 front money, expected BJ loss, .4% x $5000 = $20, was there ever a better no brainer?
After 44 junkets, over five years, i was actually $2200 ahead. A sum which my companion had no trouble converting into jewelry, purses, figurines, etc.

In retrospect it becomes pretty clear why these junkets faded away. At least for my level of play

Your laughlin play, are you covering air&RFB with points or how is it organized? Riverside does not have as good VP as Aquarius but the package is obviously meeting your needs. How does it work (if you care-to-share) ? Your point about playing "enough" sounds like a known amount of play that = what ?

If i am being too nosey, ignoring me will not be cause for offense.

for myself personally anything over 2000 points will get you free flight/hotel for 2. its 5$ for 1 point...$10,000 through a machine. if your playing 4 hours a day at 600 hands per hour you are at $9,600.. however they have told me October is when the snowbirds like myself start flying down. therefore you will have to up your amount of coin in. i believe the "on season" for them is october-may.. also you will NOT earn slot club points based off table games. there is no reward. they may track play for future flights but i have no idea what the algorithm is.. best of luck. flight schedules are posted right on riverside.com.. ive posted about flights on several forums alot of people this is the best deal that they have heard of. you do not get penalized for playing 9/6 job.

Does location matter? My Flint Mi, flight shows at $329. Would i need to check with a host? The play would be no problem assuming the game pay table you mentioned. Some great info. in your post thanks for a good possible lead.

no. i have never spoken to a host. you will probably have to book your first flight and pay the 329$. after your weekend of play they will call you with an automated message. in the message they will give a number to talk to riverside air program. the air program staff is extremely friendly and will answer any question you have. my last flight was in june the 4th though the 7th. since then i have received 4 phone calls from them offering free flights. my exact coin in last trip was $12,000. i only wish i had more time off work.. cant wait for retirement in 40 years so i can enjoy every free flight they offer...

also these free flights/rooms are for you AND a guest. the guest dose not have to play or even have a players card and they will be comped... at $329 a person thats a $640 comp, at least thats the way i choose to look at it. also you can upgrade to first class for only 75$ each way... $150 round trip
