double down stud multi hand

Hi.  I have a laptop and like to use the space button to "draw" instead of clicking on max bet.  There is a problem with this on Double Down Stud Multi Hand.  Whenever I use the spacebutton...the sound of the credits adding up when I win goes on for an extended amount of time - and slows the start of the next hand.  I thought maybe it was just my computer last night - but it's doing it again today.
If I push the "max bet" button by using my mouse - it works fine.
Just thought I would let you know
