Re: Should You Play VP Bigger?
Losing players always have an excuse. The sun was in my eye, I got distracted by the stench of tobacco, the game kept giving me back the cards I discarded.

That's ridiculous.FloridaPhil wrote: ↑Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:24 pmI agree. If you are going to write a book telling people how to beat the casinos playing VP, I think you have the responsibility to write at least one chapter on playing negative games.

If you're going to write a book about improving your golf swing, you should be required to write at least one chapter on people who have zero coordination whatsoever and one chapter about putting around obstacles in case putt putt is all a person has available.

Haha, I was just gonna say I'm gonna write a book about how to lose weight by dieting, but I'll also include a chapter for those people who only eat fast food every day.Eduardo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:50 pmIf you're going to write a book about improving your golf swing, you should be required to write at least one chapter on people who have zero coordination whatsoever and one chapter about putting around obstacles in case putt putt is all a person has available.

Why do you think VP experts don't talk about playing negative games? I think it's because they would be forced to say the best way to play them is to limit your coin in. This wouldn't sit well with the casinos. The casinos want players to think VP is beatable, it's good for business. They love those get rich VP books. They love hearing how people live great lifestyles from gambling. The entire industry pays their bills with loser money. As one of the losers, I want to cut the amount I give them and I want to hear how others do as well.
As for your comment about me being a degenerate. I went to the casino yesterday. I played single coin 50 cent deuces wild for 6 hours. I never hit a royal or a quad deuce. It cost me $50 bucks to tie up a machine all day. For $10 dollars an hour, I got my money's worth. How much did you lose the last time you played?

Because experts don't think you should play them! You've been told by one such expert not to!FloridaPhil wrote: ↑Wed Aug 15, 2018 2:07 pmWhy do you think VP experts don't talk about playing negative games?
It's YOU the casinos love, far more than those books you blame for everything.

Right, because the results of one session indicate... oh right, they mean nothing whatsoever.

The casinos aren't making much money on me. If everyone in that casino played VP like I did, the machines would be gone. That casino is making money off people who believe they can beat negative VP games. I know better, so I play small.
