Why Do People Play Negative Video Poker Games?

The lighter side... playing for entertainment, less concerned about "the math."

Does South Point have any full pay VP games?

full pay as in a >100% paytable? I don't believe so. Obviously Dancer would be the expert since he's very familiar with that casino, but I'm pretty sure they don't.

Southpoint has plenty of 95.5+ games, but nothing over 100 as far as I know. There may be promotions that push the play positive at times. Maybe it's enough to keep the interest of some of the locals, but not me as a visitor.

I'm pretty sure they used to have 100% games. It's been several years now since I played there... if I have to leave the strip now, I'd much rather take the extra drive to Stations for my favorite games with positive pays. Palms is good too when I don't want much of a drive. I assure you, even with their positive machines I'm not making any of them go broke any time soon.

Out side of FPDW all games are negative,
That's not totally true. There are still a few casinos around that offer 10/7 double bonus poker , and 10/6 double double bonus poker.
I'm curious as to where those casinos are? The last time I was in Vegas I found a few full pay machines at Red Rock. Anywhere else?
Pretty much all the station casinos (red rock being one of those) and many of the Boyd casinos have >100% VP.
But with their "revamped" players club, you won't get status points with positive games at Boyd, and barely any with 99%+ games. It's all theo based now in terms of status, and dozens on another forum I post on are pissed.

Many "full pay" games but none over 100%.

My gf's mom has DVT, it doesn't look pleasant. :(

Man, this points stuff can be very attractive! I should take advantage of Borgata bonanza here.

I believe the highest return games at South Point are double bonus deuces wild (99.81%), and NSU deuces (99.73%). While the games themselves are, obviously, less than 100% return, South Point has 0.3% cash back.
