The lighter side... playing for entertainment, less concerned about "the math."

I like triple play because a small win on one line gets u even for that deal. With martingale clone mild version its a waiting game. You hope to hit one of the better hands before you run out of time or money. It definitely keeps me playing longer hoping to get ahead before the casino edge nails your bankroll. In my case 5 aces on bonus deuces or higher is what i need to keep going the entire session.

My attitude toward video poker has changed. For me, it's a waiting game. I play the best odds I can find with max coins as perfectly as I can. I pay attention to the comps and play on bonus free play days. I am attending more drawings. My name hasn't been called yet, but I am hopeful.

I play single line low variance games to keep my bankroll from fluctuating too much. I know I will lose until my royals appear and they do. I no longer sit at my desk engineering the "plan of the week". It was fun, but eventually everything I thought up quit working.

So far this year, I am still ahead. I haven't hit a royal since March, but I'm sure it will come eventually. I'm staying with quarters more and don't have many big surprises. I still enjoy playing VP, but I don't expect to lose or win a lot. Perhaps this is the attitude of someone who is ready to quit? I don't feel that way. I'm think I'm just being more realistic.
