My level of play there is not near what I play or have played at other casinos nor is it at your level. My free play offers from them have been reduced though. Because of this I have been playing more at Mount Airy again.

No Bill, it is the new casino/resort on the old Concord resort property. It is a real casino with tables and class 3 machines. The racino is still open and despite me not hardly ever going there any more they still send me better offers than the new place. They are suppose to open an indoor water park, I believe the largest in the East, and all sorts of sports and year round outdoor activities next summer.

I have a serious question to ask. There is no malice in my question and it's not made to stir up controversy.advantage playe wrote: ↑Thu Sep 27, 2018 2:35 pmThey have just cut my freeplay from over 300 dollars a week to 40 dollars.
The experience you are reporting is all too common. Odds and comps have been dropping around the country for years. New casinos that are built start out with the same odds as their competitors. Whenever a rogue casino ups the odds or becomes generous with the comps in order to draw away customers, something always seems to happen that reverses the situation. A perfect example was the Margaritaville Casino in Biloxi. They offered 99% games and had an excellent comp program. The local government found a way to shut them down. There is no doubt in my mind this was done intentionally.
So here's my question. How bad do the odds and comps have to get before you quit playing VP? If the games become unbeatable, would you quit?

There has to be SOME reason why this person's comps were cut so drastically. I think there's more to the story. You don't just get an 85% reduction in freeplay for no reason.

I'd been getting $150 twice a week plus $75 food per week at a locals casino.
In August, it dropped to $30 and $20 weekly and $15 in food monthly. It got sold and I suppose the old owners felt the drop would help their bottom line.
