Stopping play for the evening immediately after my PRF was brilliant because it left me in the lead of my & Sweet J's personal competition; however, she awoke with a bit of determination herself and began the morning with 3s and a kicker to boot!
I was in hot pursuit of catching up but Hurricane Gordon was threatening. So much so that the Mississippi Gaming Commission decided to force close the casinos at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gordon decided to lean toward Alabama but alas, our trip was ending. We left Wednesday morning with winnings in pocket! Gordon missed them but Hurricanes Butch & Sweet J got them!!
What better way to end the month and in the amazing way it began! Sweet J and I decided to spend the night at the Coushatta in Kinder, LA. Our bossy little bookkeeper was generous enough to give us 30 minutes for a photo this time and I was up for the challenge! Another Progressive Royal Flush!!
A great September and now onto October!!
