The mildest form with job or bp is to increase your bet by 1 when hitting a quad at your current bet level wont get you even. Of course no quads means no win unless full houses are spewing out. I prefer to up my bet by 1 on deuces wild when hitting 5 of a kind wont get me even. Of course and ice cold machine will finish off your bankroll quicker than flat betting. However, I prefer the excitement of hoping to hit quad deuces at the higher bet level. I dont rely on hitting a Royal anymore as they continue to elude me. When playing martingale, you have to be prepared for those days when your roll will vanish before it is time to go home. Setting a reasonable cutoff level is a must.
