With martingale yes. Other systems' results vary based on the betting pattern. You could have a big positive progression system where you bust out a lot but you'll occasionally win big.pokerpokerpoker wrote: ↑Tue Dec 11, 2018 9:57 amAlthough I haven't been following Old's latest betting system, (I suspect it is some sort of Martingale), isn't this the way that "systems" tend to end up? - many small wins with an occasional complete wipe out?
Congrats on you and the Missus for the recent nice ones.

I prefer a very mild progression. That way even if rhe machine goes back and forth and hits nothing big i can still stay even or better. Nothing can prevent an ice cold machine from busting you though unless you get up and walk away before it does.

Nothing can prevent an ice cold machine from busting you though unless you get up and walk away before it does. For instance on joker kings i might be at bet one untili have lost 17 quarters. Then i will be at bet 2 until i have lost 34 more quarters or less than 17 total in which case i go back to bet 1. Now if i could just force myself to quit when i make 10 percent of bankroll i would be in great shape most times.

Luck held for me Friday night at Mohegan Sun. Hit the nickel royal early on and the clone bailed me out as i moved up. The pics pretty much sum it up.

Nice hits olds, congrats. How many additional coins per hand would you have had to wager to hit the 5,000 coin payout on the quad deuces?

I love the DDS game, but it is very streaky and there aren't many of them left. A couple of years ago on this same machine, I was dealt a Royal good for 18k even. This game pays you 5k for a dealt royal with 5 quarters bet. Of course you double that after seeing the deuces.

She did it again in an hour of playing nickel tripple play ddb she was dealt 4 aces with a kicker. In the meantime i battled the same quarter machine with my clone and was lucky to eek out 200 bucks. I played 10 hours never got a royal and never got quad deuces. Her pic is attacded
