Tournament of Champions Winner Crowned

Congratulations to James D. from from Crown Point, Indiana, the winner of the 2012 Tournament of Champions. The Nevada Gaming Control Board states that gaming devices must return at least 75% assuming optimal player strategy. That’s not a problem for video poker, where most devices return much higher percentages. Games on are closer to 98%.
